Duties & Responsibilities
- Overseeing all construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Managing and coordinating the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing safety measures on the job site.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues or delays.
- Resolving conflicts and disputes that may arise on the job site.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of project activities.
- Representing the company in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Foreman/Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
