- Strong technical background with MPS knowledge (advantageous).
- Excellent organisational, scheduling, and time management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, calculations).
- Able to work under pressure with reliability and loyalty.
- Solutions-driven, proactive thinker.
Role Overview
- Manage MPS Monitor: implementation, reporting, analysis, and device optimisation.
- Maintain print fleet monitoring software.
- Schedule and track installations, job cards, tickets, and parts orders.
- Handle warranty claims (Lexmark & HP).
- Assist with quotes, invoicing, SLA billing, and consumable management.
- Monitor consumable levels and manage supplier pricing within CPC.
- Support SLA contracts, escalations, cancellations, and forecasts.
- Provide technical support (remote & onsite).
- Log service calls and manage engineers’ calendars.
