Your role is to deliver efficient service, support, and after-sales satisfaction to customers while ensuring the accuracy and availability of monitoring tools. You will also hold overall responsibility for managing MPS Monitor.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

Strong technical background with MPS knowledge (advantageous).
Excellent organisational, scheduling, and time management skills.
Advanced Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, calculations).
Able to work under pressure with reliability and loyalty.
Solutions-driven, proactive thinker.

Role Overview

Manage MPS Monitor: implementation, reporting, analysis, and device optimisation.
Maintain print fleet monitoring software.
Schedule and track installations, job cards, tickets, and parts orders.
Handle warranty claims (Lexmark & HP).
Assist with quotes, invoicing, SLA billing, and consumable management.
Monitor consumable levels and manage supplier pricing within CPC.
Support SLA contracts, escalations, cancellations, and forecasts.
Provide technical support (remote & onsite).
Log service calls and manage engineers’ calendars.
