Job Description
We are looking for a Prototype Specialist – Drilling Area
to strengthen our Prototype Department, the heart of innovation and experimentation within the company.
The ideal candidate is a professional with solid technical skills, a passion for precision mechanics, and the willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment where flexibility and teamwork make the difference.
You will be part of a team dedicated to prototyping and small-scale production, taking care of:
- assembly and disassembly of tools, with measurement through presetting
- set-up of horizontal and vertical machining centers
- loading and unloading of parts from the vise
- inspection and replacement of worn tools
- verification of tolerances using manual measuring instruments (e.g. bore gauge)
- accessory activities (deburring, brushing, washing, rolling)
- reworking on column drilling machines
- with appropriate training: tool selection and CNC programming
Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with:
- proven experience in operating CNC machining centers
- knowledge of machining processes (drilling, milling, threading, boring, reaming)
- strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (views, sections, dimensional and geometric tolerances, surface finish)
- familiarity with tools, clamping systems, and measuring instruments (presetting)
- experience with CNC programming languages (Fanuc and/or Heidenhain)
- accuracy, autonomy, and strong teamwork skills
