If you're great at handling calls, emails, social media, and face-to-face queries — all while keeping calm under pressure — this role is for you.
Duties & Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, emails & walk-ins

Respond to social media queries

Log and follow up on repairs & service requests
-
Keep customers updated on repairs, spares, and order statuses

Manage stock in/out, job cards, and collection vouchers
-
Use Sage X3 and EDMS to keep everything on track
-
Provide product training and support when needed
Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric
-
Fluent in English
-
Great communication & people skills
-
Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Experience in a retail/call centre is a bonus

Sage X3 experience? Even better!
