Introduction
We are recruiting for a Technical Draughtsman with experience in electrical, solar, and battery storage systems to join a leading energy solutions company based in Centurion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong AutoCAD skills and a proven background in technical design.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate technical drawings for solar, battery storage, and electrical projects

Collaborate with engineers and project managers on design specifications

Conduct site visits and use real-world data to generate drawings
-
Maintain version control and drawing documentation standards

Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific technical requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements:
-
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Technical Draughtsman
-
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit advantageous)
-
Prior experience with electrical layouts, solar energy, and/or battery storage systems
-
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
-
Own transport and valid driver’s licence
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Relevant drafting qualification or certification preferred
