Job Description
Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on drainage and water systems.
- Oversee project lifecycle including feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and construction.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage project risks, quality assurance, and change control processes.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
- Proven expertise in drainage design, stormwater management, and water infrastructure..
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
