GUESS is a global leader in the fashion industry, known for its iconic style and innovative spirit. We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across Turkey and the East Mediterranean region. This role is pivotal in strengthening our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and delivering sustainable business growth.
You will design and execute omnichannel marketing strategies that integrate retail stores, e-commerce, social media, and CRM platforms. Collaborating with regional and global teams, you will ensure GUESS’s brand identity and values are consistently communicated, while staying ahead of market trends and evolving consumer expectations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business performance.
- Drive omnichannel campaigns, aligning retail, e-commerce, and CRM activities to create seamless customer experiences.
- Lead digital and social media marketing, including influencer partnerships, content creation, and community engagement.
- Integrate sustainability and social responsibility messaging into brand communications.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with international campaigns and seasonal collections.
- Manage the development of marketing materials , ensuring creativity, consistency, and brand impact.
- Oversee performance measurement (KPI dashboards, ROI, campaign analytics) and continuously optimize strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering innovation and professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record as a Marketing Manager (preferably in fashion, retail, or FMCG).
- Solid experience in omnichannel marketing, including e-commerce, CRM, and in-store promotions.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools, and performance marketing.
- Experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, and social media engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Creativity and agility to adapt to a fast-paced, trend-driven industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven team management experience.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
