Job Description
Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? Fairmont St Andrews is seeking an exceptional Front of House Manager to oversee our reception, concierge, switchboard, transport, and guest service operations.
About the Role
As the face of our world-class resort, you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver seamless, personalised service at every stage of the guest journey. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, financial performance, and colleague development, ensuring that we make special happen.
What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire the Front of House team across Front Office, Concierge, Transport & Switchboard
Deliver service excellence measured by guest satisfaction (Trust You, LQA, CES)
Manage budgets, payroll and departmental performance to achieve financial targets
Drive training, development, and succession planning for your teams
Resolve guest concerns and VIP requests with professionalism and care
Collaborate with the wider hotel leadership team on strategy and service innovation
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a Front of House/Front Office management role within a luxury hotel or resort
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and payroll
A natural leader and communicator who can inspire and develop teams
Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and driving continuous improvement
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
