As a Senior Consultant, you play a lead role in the functional or technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. You will work across implementations, pre-sales, and support engagements to design, configure, or develop robust and scalable solutions. You may specialize in Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service), Finance and Development/Integration.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead configuration or development workstreams in Dynamics 365 CE, and Development.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and deliver working configurations or code.
• Drive workshops, testing cycles, and client training within assigned functional or technical area.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align on design and integration approaches.
• Support pre-sales and estimation efforts by providing inputs on effort, scope, and risk.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Specialisation in one of the following:
• CE: Sales, Service, or Field Service configuration.
