We are seeking a Training Administrator to support our Flight Training Centre. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing student administration, and overseeing front-desk reception.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Training Manager with daily administrative duties, including:

Preparing training and administration files.

Coordinating the daily training programme and classroom bookings.

Coordinating the daily cleaning programme with service providers.

Handle front-desk reception duties for the Training Centre.

Ensure a professional, welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate
-
Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Diploma in Business Management, Office Administration, or similar)

At least 5 years of practical experience in office administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Own reliable transport

Strong organisational and communication skills
