Duties & Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the client Billing process.
Ensure all projects are appropriately priced with reference to the client rate cards.
Identify any gaps or issues and help resolve. Work with production teams to make sure invoices are raised when a project is completed.
Perform analysis on project and client profitability, taking into account the Project revenue and associated production costs.
Follow up where data is missing or looks incorrect and help resolve any issues.
Work with Heads of Department and Team Leads to make sure that people’s time is accurately tracked by reference to booked time, looking into utilization rates and billing time.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant diploma and degree in Finance
3 years minimum experience in a billing role
