About the Role
Location: Victoria Park Dental Practice, Glasgow
Position: Dental Hygienist
Start date: Flexible – ASAP preferred
Days: Mondays & Saturday
You will play a key role in delivering preventive dental care and helping our patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.
What You’ll Do
Carry out comprehensive hygiene appointments tailored to each patient’s needs
Provide clear patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
Work closely with dentists and the wider clinical team to deliver personalised treatment plans
Keep detailed and accurate patient records
Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety standards
Stay up to date with the latest developments in dental hygiene through ongoing CPD
What We’re Looking For
Recognised qualification in Dental Hygiene
Current GDC registration
Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist (private and/or NHS)
Strong knowledge of preventive dentistry and patient education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative team player with empathy and patience
Proficiency in using intraoral scanners and dental practice management software (desirable)
Commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
