Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Accurately process transactions using the till, ensuring correct handling of cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain an organised checkout area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist customers with queries regarding products or services, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Employ upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and promote special offers.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficient in English; multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.
- Strong basic maths skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent organisational abilities to maintain an orderly workspace.
- Effective phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Time management skills to efficiently handle peak hours and busy periods.
- Experience in upselling products or services is preferred, enhancing overall sales performance.

Pay: £2,035.00-£11,569.02 per month
