Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Director of Sales to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing operations, and developing strategies to maximize revenue across all market segments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results and foster professional growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the industry
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify new business opportunities and optimize performance
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Forecast sales, set targets, and develop action plans to ensure consistent growth
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services
- Contribute to the development of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in sales operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management in a similar role, preferably in Egypt or the Middle East region
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, including current trends and market dynamics
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with a focus on long-term growth
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
