Job Description
The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all Kenya Cof products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role involves the meticulous analysis of coffee products at various stages, from raw beans to the final processed product. The Quality Analyst will work collaboratively with the trade, finance, logistics, and administration departments to uphold and improve quality control measures throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a range of tests and inspections to evaluate physical and sensory characteristics of coffee, including but not limited to bean size, moisture content, defect count, aroma, and taste (cupping).
