We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end prep for an investment round and potential IPO — build the data room, run due diligence with banks/legal/audit, and drive cross-functional execution. Turn ambiguity into a clear plan, align stakeholders, and deliver audit-ready milestones on time.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of GoMining’s investment round and IPO preparation projects
- Creation and administration of the data room for investors, regulators, and partners
- Coordinating due diligence processes with venture investors, investment banks, legal and auditing firms
- Collection, verification, and structuring of data, financial statements, and presentation materials
- Managing project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables for both the investment round and IPO
- Organizing internal processes and communication between departments (finance, legal, marketing, product)
- Preparing investor materials, including pitch decks, financial models, Investor Deck, and Roadshow presentations
- Monitoring and mitigating project risks
- 2–3+ years of project management experience in investment rounds, IPO, M\&A, or corporate finance
- Understanding of fundraising and IPO processes, including interaction with regulators and investors
- Experience working with data rooms (Intralinks, Merrill Datasite, Ansarada, or similar)
- Strong planning, communication, and time management skills
- English — Upper-Intermediate+
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a high-responsibility environment
