Position Summary
As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), you’ll work closely with our founders and venture team to validate, build, and launch a new AI-driven venture. This is a rare opportunity to take an idea from 0 to 1 with the resources, mentorship, and capital support of an experienced venture studio behind you.
This role is perfect for a founder-type who loves moving fast, testing ideas, talking to customers, and taking full ownership of turning a concept into a scalable business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the venture team to identify and validate high-potential opportunities.
- Drive customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Build and test MVPs and prototypes to assess traction.
- Develop business models, go-to-market strategies, and execution plans.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the new concept, with the potential to become CEO if spun out.
- Collaborate with in-house design, product, AI, and growth teams.
- Iterate quickly, pivot when necessary, and scale what works.
What We’re Looking For
- A builder mindset with a proven ability to execute at speed.
- Founder/Operator experience preferred (failed startups are a plus—we value scar tissue).
- Strong intuition for product, markets, and customer problems.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, proptech, consumer tech, or marketplaces is an advantage.
- Data-driven but comfortable moving forward with incomplete information.
- Grit, creativity, and relentless drive to build from scratch.
