Job Scope and Accountabilities:
- We’re seeking a Global commercial and customer-centric Partner Success Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving partner-customer retention, contract renewals, and channel partner success for the US and EMEA Region. You’ll be the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of channel partners to support the success indirectly for their customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from SAI360’s solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term partnership. This role should be based in the EST time zone and be willing to work flex hours at least 2x a week to accommodate EMEA partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Success
- Build strong relationships with assigned partners to understand their goals, challenges, and success metrics to support their customers.
- Support and enable channel partners to effectively sell and support SAI360 solutions
- Provide training, resources, and strategic guidance to maximize partner performance
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and partners to resolve issues and align on goals
- Monitor partner satisfaction and engagement, driving joint success plans
- Monitor account health and usage trends to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners to ensure their customers achieve desired outcomes and renew contracts
- Resolve customer issues by acting as a liaison between internal teams and partners.
- Participate in customer meetings with partners
- Work with partners to improve the experience and satisfaction of their SAI360 customers.
Renewals & Upsell
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and successful contract negotiations
- Collaborate with Channel Sales and Finance to structure renewal proposals and identify upsell opportunities with partner’s customers.
- Forecast renewal pipeline and contribute to revenue retention targets
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise level Account Management, Customer Success, or Channel Management in SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of managing renewals and driving customer retention
- Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), customer success platforms, and data analytics
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required with the ability to work within all levels of an organization.
As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
