Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to become the voice of a dynamic pet training business, where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for dog owners seeking professional training services. You’ll play a crucial role in the company’s growth by ensuring every potential client inquiry is captured and handled professionally, directly contributing to business success while supporting pet welfare. As their dedicated customer service representative, you’ll manage communications across two busy training facilities, providing exceptional service to clients who are investing in their pets’ development and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls from both training facility locations during business hours
- Provide outstanding customer service support and respond promptly to client inquiries about training services
- Handle questions from both potential and existing customers regarding available programs and services
- Manage customer interactions and data through the company’s CRM platform
- Process and respond professionally to client reviews and feedback
- Serve as the primary virtual receptionist for both training facilities
- Capture, qualify, and nurture leads from prospective dog training clients
- Coordinate communications between facilities to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and phone-based support roles
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week) during standard business hours
- Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to learn phone system integration quickly
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor for client-facing interactions
- Capability to efficiently handle multiple phone lines and prioritize calls from different locations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer information
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional phone interactions
