Tasks
As a Onepilot agent, you will work freelance and support our clients' customers with their issues.
After completing an e-learning course on the respective projects, you will gain access to a knowledge base. Using our technology and this database, you will be able to efficiently answer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
You will work entirely remotely and will be paid per resolved inquiry. The fee per ticket depends on the complexity, effort required, and your location and ranges from €0.40 to €2. On average, our agents earn between €15 and €20 per hour.
Qualifications
You are comfortable with new technologies
You enjoy solving problems, are curious, and dynamic
You enjoy communicating – both verbally and in writing
You are available at least 15 hours per week
