Now we’re scaling — and we need driven, results-obsessed closers to join our remote sales team.

This is not a role for clock-watchers or order takers. This is for people who want to win. You’ll be chasing down warm leads, handling objections, and pushing yourself to hit (and exceed) your numbers. Your earnings are in your control — with uncapped commissions, recurring monthly payouts, and big-ticket wins that can change your own financial future while you help others change theirs.

We’ll provide the warm leads, systems, training, and support. You bring the hunger, work ethic, and accountability.

Duties & Responsibilities

Close warm inbound leads (from webinars, discovery calls, WhatsApp, and our 40k+ database) into paying clients for our flagship programmes
Run structured discovery calls using our SPINABT framework — diagnose goals, surface objections, and position the right Academy, Mentoring, or Retreat
Follow up relentlessly — WhatsApps, calls, emails — persistence pays here
Handle objections with confidence: from budget worries to fear of failure
Keep your pipeline hot — track every conversation, tag leads correctly in Keap CRM, and move them forward
Update CRM daily — no exceptions: call notes, objections, outcomes, next steps
Be available when deals are on the line — evenings, weekends if needed

Track your own performance and push yourself to exceed conversion goals

Desired Experience & Qualification

Proven closer with experience selling £2k–£25k programmes (education, coaching, or property a bonus)
A hunter mentality — you chase commissions, not clock-out times
Self-sufficient and accountable: you don’t need babysitting to perform
Consultative, ethical, and structured — but with urgency to close
Confident communicator who builds rapport fast and isn’t afraid of tough conversations
Tech-savvy with CRMs, Zoom, WhatsApp, and online sales tools

Passion for property, entrepreneurship, or personal development a plus

Package & Remuneration: R23 770,00 - R150 000,00 per month
