I’m an aspiring HR Manager with hands-on experience in human resources, administrative support, and customer relations. In my previous roles, I managed schedules, supported end-to-end recruitment, and contributed to employee engagement, onboarding, and training. Over the years, I’ve built strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills that have helped me succeed. For example, I created and maintained a client database of over 300 customers, and I also had the opportunity to lead a team, which was an important milestone in my career growth.
