I am Sulaimon Usman Dolapo , an Administrative and Customer Service Professional with experience in customer support, inventory management, and administrative operations. Currently, I work with PalmPay Nigeria as a Customer Service Representative, where I handle customer inquiries, manage records, and ensure seamless issue resolution.
In the past, I’ve worked as an Inventory & Administrative Support Officer at Maziz Ventures and as a Receptionist at Philopet Continental Hotel & Suites, gaining hands-on experience in front desk operations, vendor coordination, and process optimization.
With a B.Sc. in Business Administration and practical exposure to CRM tools, reporting, and client relations, I pride myself on being proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service.
