About
As a Recruitment Specialist, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various
roles. I work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their needs and expectations, and to
ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. I also manage the candidate database and the CRM system,
and provide regular reports and feedback on the recruitment performance and outcomes. I have over five years of
experience in the outsourcing and offshoring industry, working as a recruitment consultant and, senior
recruitment officer for different clients and projects. I have developed strong skills in customer relationship
management, relationship building, contact center operations, outsourcing strategies, and Microsoft Excel. I have
also contributed to the growth and success of my previous employers, such as ICG Medical and Capita, by
delivering high-quality candidates, improving retention rates, and securing large contracts. I am currently studying
towards business administration, with a focus on human resources and management. I am passionate about
finding and developing talent, and I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices in my field
