Several years of experience as a receptionist and customer service administrator. Trained to work on SAP R3P and Pastel/CRM creating quotations, invoices and creating of purchase orders. Also assisted in the sales department when necessary. Booking in of jobs and liasing with clients on progress regarding completion. I also assisted the finance department with the allocation of customer payment from the bank statement to the correct clients account as well as emailing of customer statements at month end. I also contacted clients regarding their outstanding amounts and made arrangements for payment to be made. I was also given the task of managing the daily operational requirements of the service department which was done to the best of my ability.
