My name is Refilwe Ndengezi. ( recently married).

I have been privileged to work in various companies catering to customer service for contractual periods and permanent of which one led to a retrenchement.
I come packed with allot of interpersonal skills and team skills. I have taken time to put in time to upskill myself by using learning platforms such as Udemy and LinkedIn so I can be further in my career.
I have worked with different states such as the UK and US and as well as South African customers. I have worked rotational hours and I am comfortable working night shift as well.
I am able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment. I am very comfortable with working with people even in a leadership position having been an acting supervisor for a period of 8 month until retrenchement.
I am able and comfortable working with different softwares as I am tech savvy and enjoying learning new things.
I am able to work via Chat, Phone and emails.
I have worked on Zendesk and Jira, confluence and other SaaS products.
I have a passion for customer service and customer engagement and I know I am good with customer interaction and that makes me very resolution oriented.
