A highly skilled and passionate strategic and people-centered HR leader with over 12 years progressive HR leadership experience in global, international and local organizations. Passionate about HR transformation, HR systems streamlining and HR data and analytics and peope and culture leadership.
I successfully led the HR dimension of a global change management at USAID, leading communication with empathy and facilitating interagency and cross-functional collaboration. For three year at U.S State Department- U.S Embassy Nairobi, I led HR digital transformation, systems streamlining and oversaw enhancements in the onboarding of Diplomats and their families through extensive collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For 6 years at Greensteds International school, I recreated the HR organization from scratch, enhanced labor laws compliance and championed a culture of continuous learning, employee empowerment and total rewards.
I am looking for a HR leadership role in a global organization that is keen on incorporating global standards to its HR systems and projects for effectiveness & global competitiveness and at the same time localizing abstract global strategies in its HR activities to enhance employee ownership.
