I have worked with major organizations including United Bank for Africa (UBA), Benin Electricity Distribution Company, and IROKO TV, where I consistently delivered high-quality service in roles such as Inbound and Outbound Customer Representative, Telesales Agent, and Service Recovery Agent. These roles helped me develop deep expertise in communication, CRM systems, conflict resolution, and performance tracking.
My strength lies in my attention to detail, empathetic communication, and ability to manage tasks effectively across cross-functional teams.
