I am a success driven individual who knows what is required of him on a job. I can work with little or no supervision. I work towards achieving or exceeding the set goals of the company while maintaining generally acceptable professional standards. In my previous job roles, I displayed exceptional qualities which earned me the trust and confidence of my managers to handle situations that were within my job description without eternal interference. Also, I believe success is when a client derives satisfaction from my service and he gives positive feedback. I am willing to learn from existing staff and also bring in ideas when necessary.
