I am a empathic, customer service personified. i worked in the bank for more than 8 years of which 6 of those years was at the customer service department where i started as a contract staff. Became full staff as a team lead, then rose to become the head of customer service. I was awarded the most customer-centric staff of the bank, also the service champion of the bank at different times.
