I have worked in customer service and sales eg lead generation for over 2 years, primarily in B2B and the healthcare industry. All of these were done both remotely and onsite. I have honed and developed my skills in active listening, strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphathy, attention to details and team cooperation.
In my most recent role at Insurance supermarket as a cold caller, I honed my skills in crafting compelling pitches, overcoming objections, and consistently meeting sales targets. I'm confident in my ability to engage customers, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships. With my experience and skills, I'm well-equipped to make a positive impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. I'm passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results. I was responsible for cold calling, qualifying prospects, handling objections, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. I had a 30% convertion rate of calls that lead to a sale. I also handled over 300 - 500 calls daily.
