My name is Eze Odinakachukwu Immaculata. I recently graduated from Enugu State University of Science and Technology with a degree in Educational Management. Over the past 4 years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in customer service through roles as a personal assistant, sales accountant, and customer service representative. These positions helped me develop strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer concerns effectively, and organizational skills that allow me to multitask and manage customer needs efficiently.
