East Africa.
With over 15 years of professional experience in customer service, operations, and business development, I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to your team.I bring extensive experience from organizations such as Safaricom Ltd, where I served for seven years as a Customer Care Representative and was consistently recognized for outstanding
performance and innovation.
My contributions included key initiatives like the launch of Lipa
Na M-Pesa, Mobile Banking (which led to M-Kesho, M-Shwari, and KCB-M-Pesa), and customer segmentation strategies that enhanced service delivery and increased revenue. These innovations have had a long-standing impact on financial inclusion in Kenya.
Earlier in my career, I worked at Equity Bank as a Management Trainee, playing a role in the transformation of the bank from a building society. This included exposure to key functions such
as credit, cash handling, account opening, and systems automation—giving me a strong
foundation in administrative and operational processes.
In addition to corporate experience, I have led and participated in community-based initiatives
such as the Friends of Ondiri Wetlands Kenya, contributing to environmental conservation and
public awareness. I am currently engaged in e-commerce as a lead generator and work on a
commission basis with Jamii Telecommunications Ltd.
