During my tenure as a Regional Human Resource Associate at Sanofi Aventis Kenya Ltd, I gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee contract management, payroll reconciliation, and staff redundancy management across multiple countries within the Eastern Africa Hub. This role provided me with a deep understanding of HR operations in an international context and honed my ability to navigate complex organizational structures effectively. Additionally, I have consistently demonstrated proficiency in various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, scheduling appointments, drafting HR correspondences, staff fleet management, leave accrual data preparation, and employee relations.
