My name is James Thuku, and I am a Mechatronics Engineering graduate with experience in technical support, consultancy, and engineering.
Over the past few years, I have built a strong foundation in problem-solving, technical adaptability, and project coordination, working across different roles that required both technical and client-facing skills.
In my previous role as a Technical Support Engineer, I gained valuable experience troubleshooting complex issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring efficiency and minimizing downtime. I have also worked in consultancy, where I engaged with prospective clients, researched opportunities, and supported project documentation and reporting.
