My background is in Human Resources with a focus on talent acquisition and people operations. I’ve worked in environments with very diverse hiring needs—both within organizations and in consultancy settings—where I supported clients across different industries. This has given me strong experience in end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing and screening candidates, to coordinating interviews, onboarding, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
One example I’m proud of is when I was tasked with filling multiple critical roles under a very tight deadline. By combining direct sourcing with targeted job board postings and close collaboration with hiring managers, I successfully closed all positions within the timeframe. This not only met the business need but also improved trust in the recruitment function.
