As an agent I am doing customer service research for ABSA
Bank to get customer experience from all their customers who have different types of products and accounts with ABSA Bank. We do calls to get feedback from any experience or interaction they had with ABSA using any touch point. We compile every feedback they give and make sure to code in everything correctly and send through quality feedback.
