I am a result driven administrative and operations professional with successful experience in fast-paced office management, stakeholder management, project coordination and enhancing employee/ customer experience with a top-notch support. I have over four (4) years of experience focused on creating efficient HR processes, onboarding and off boarding, and creating positive workplace environment for teams. I am a team player with expertise in managing teams, completing various projects and adapting to modern day technology to execute tasks. I started my career in customer support and admin officer role, which is where I built a strong foundation in process management and cross- function collaboration. I found I was particularly drawn to the people side of operations - like improving how to support employees which led me to pivot into a more dedicated people role. I transitioned into an office manager and people partner role, where, I designed and implemented engagement strategies, including surveys and team bonding playbook to drive team engagements, resulting in 30% increased in engagement scores and championed the feedback culture by managing performance review cycles and ensured employee insights were translated into action improvement. I also coordinated and facilitated virtual and in-person interviews, supported the regional HR team, executed HR operations in the local office by maintaining 100% data accuracy and integrity on our HRIS (Workday), assisted with review of employee contracts and compensations. I also assisted with successful onboarding of new hires by reducing new hire ramp up time by 20%. In my role as Office manger and people partner, I served as the designated health and safety officer in the local office where I managed workplace health and safety measures, implemented procedures that successfully prevent occupational hazards and ensured uninterrupted operations.
