I have over 4 years of experience in both 180 and 360 recruitment, with a strong focus on international markets. Most recently, I worked with a UK-based company, where I successfully placed senior-level professionals across the healthcare industry. Prior to that, I led a recruiting team for a US staffing agency, training recruiters, improving processes, and delivering results that made us the top-performing team.
What I’ve built over time is not just the ability to source and assess top talent, but also to build long-term client and candidate relationships. I’m naturally curious and analytical, so I take the time to understand both the client’s culture and the candidate’s aspirations, which ensures alignment at senior and executive levels.
