I am a highly motivated and results-driven professional with strong experience in leadership, administration, customer service, and sales. Over the years, I have successfully combined organizational skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving techniques to deliver outstanding results in different roles.
In my current role as a Team Lead at Springboard, I supervise and guide a team of over 29 members, ensuring productivity, quality service delivery, and achievement of set targets. I provide mentorship, resolve escalations, track performance, and create a positive team environment that fosters growth and collaboration.
Previously, I worked as a Marketing Head in an insurance company, where I trained and managed marketers across five branches. I also followed up on claims payments and ensured monthly targets were consistently achieved.
In addition, I have experience as an Administrator, where I handled documentation, coordinated schedules, maintained records, and ensured smooth daily operations. I also ventured into entrepreneurship as a Bakery Owner, managing production, customer service, and sales before pausing operations due to limited resources.
