What I love most about customer success is cultivating environments where everyone wins. I typically do this by driving meaningful results that matter to both our customers and the business while ensuring customers actually succeed with the products they've invested in.
I also believe that great customer success comes from listening, understanding what people actually need (not just what they say they need), and then working across teams to make it happen so whether I'm managing teams, collaborating with senior leadership, or diving into departmental operations, I'm always thinking about how to make the customer experience better while delivering real impact.
