About
An experienced HR/Payroll professional with exposure to monthly,
fixed hourly contractor’s payroll processing monthly timekeeping management. Strong
numeracy skills and proficiency in calculating final payment for
terminated employees.
An outstanding work ethic and excellent communication skills to work
with employees to explain payroll related information and resolve
discrepancies timeously. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure
accurate, efficient, and timely payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the implementation of payroll transactions, daily
payroll processing including reconciliation/review of salaries.
• Perform sample audits of all payroll input and agree to current
individual tax legislation.
• Identifying clients business needs, recommending
improvements to payroll services, computing payments,
deduction and tax information
Processing of monthly and Bi weekly wages hours, overtime.
