About
I am an Executive HR professional and a AOEC accredited Executive Coach, with over 14 years of experience in Human Resources Management. I have acquired a lot of this experience in different industries; Medical, Manufacturing, Banking and Finance, Advertising, Oil and Gas and Telecommunications. My strengths lie in setting up start-ups, Policy formulation and implementation, Cultural integration, Organization design and M&A expertise, Learning & Development, to name but a few.
I hold a MBA (Human Resource Management) from The University of Nairobi, Executive Certificate in Labour Laws from IHRM and BA in Social Sciences (Psychology) from Moi University.
