I wish to apply for a vacant job at your offices. I have enclosed my resume, listing my qualifications and work experience along with this letter.
I have pursued a National Diploma in Administrative Management from the Tshwane University of Technology and am currently pursuing my second qualification in Business Informatics with the University of South Africa. After which I served a fast paced regulating entity as an intern in the Client Support and Admin division under which I had to carry operations like queries management,outreach campaign assisting
(organizing and championing), performing ad-hoc duties, data capturing and verification of clients information, and generating monthly reports, I served there for a year. I also served in the Shared Service division as an intern and also as a Member Services Administrator which I had to carry operations like cash collection and relationships management, report and reviewing of incidents, capturing and documenting sales orders,invoices on our accounting system also assisting with quality assurance, I served there for 3 years.
I possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills which are necessary for this post. I also have a thorough knowledge about the client division sector.
