I have managed an organisation of 10 workers for over 3 years without any direct supervision by the business owner, he was confident enough to entrust such task into my care after about 3 months of working with him.
I am an enthusiastic person, wired to resolve issues and put things in place and in the right order. I believe it might be hard but it is not impossible, as long as the expected otcome is worth it.
