I am a 31-year-old professional with over six years’ experience in the tech industry, including five years as a Customer Success Manager. Skilled in stakeholder management, client retention, and data-driven process improvement, I have a proven ability to build strong client relationships, resolve issues effectively, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
At the end of 2024, I took a year’s sabbatical to expand my family and support the growth of our family-run business. During this time, I successfully scaled the business to a stage where it can now be managed solely by my partner. With this foundation in place, I am eager to refocus on my career and apply my skills, experience, and achievements to a new professional environment.
