My name is Amanda Vena,I have high school diploma.I worked in customer facing clothing retail for 8 years before working customer service at a bpo environment. I started as a customer service technical advisor at Capita in 2020.Assisting customers with technical troubleshooting and shopping online for our products or assist them on how to use the website for purchasing.I got promoted to a subject matter expert in 2021 to assist agents with troubleshooting and act as point of knowledge. I then became a team leader and customer service manager in 2022 .I left in 2023.I got hired at 121 bpo in 2024 as a Team leader for What clinic ,it is a cosmetic health campaign, leading a team of 15 agents.
