This highly motivated team needs to be strengthened by a Project Manager who will oversee the successful elaboration of our projects worldwide.

Your role in more detail:

As a Project Manager, you will

Develop, review and revise a detailed project plan, including WBS, costs, milestones, time schedules, necessary equipment, raw materials and human resources

Identify and manage project risks and resolve any issues, to ensure timely project delivery, within scope, quality standards and within budget
Cooperate internally and conduct regular review meetings, to monitor and report on project progress
Cooperate with account managers, to manage the relationship with the customer
Identify training needs and other improvement opportunities and report accordingly
Coordinate final project review meetings and lessons learnt sessions, to ensure that project experience is transformed to corporate knowledge
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure alignment with SABO PMO governance, methodologies, and reporting standards while collaborating on resource planning, risk management, and portfolio tracking

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Project management certification will be considered an asset
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Experience in a similar position of 5+ years
Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills and mindset
Solid commercial understanding
Availability to travel abroad
