Company Description
jameda is Germany’s largest digital healthcare platform. Every month, millions of patients use our platform to find the right doctors, book appointments, and access transparent health information. Our goal: to make access to healthcare as easy as possible — for patients as well as for medical professionals.
With Noa Notes, we’re taking a major step forward in digitally relieving the administrative burden in medical practices. Noa Notes is an AI-powered tool that automates medical documentation (e.g. doctor-patient conversations, consultation notes, discharge summaries). During consultations, the technology creates structured notes or transcribes dictations into the desired final format — accurately, securely, and in real time. This gives doctors more time for what really matters: direct interaction with their patients.
As part of the Docplanner Group, we collaborate with international teams to drive digital innovation in healthcare — developing smart, practical solutions that make everyday work noticeably easier.

- Goal definition per event (leads, meetings, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI) and creation of structured post-event reports.
- Derivation of concrete action recommendations and continuous optimization of the formats.
After 3 months…
- Successful execution of the first events, including smooth on-site operations.
- Measurable contribution to pipeline & revenue through qualified leads & sales.
- Established, scalable playbooks for pre-/on-site/post-event processes.
